Air-source heat pump chili dryer use air to generate heat, requiring only a small amount of electricity to drive the compressor. The compressor absorbs a significant amount of heat from the air, which is then transported to the drying room via a circulating fan. The heat is continuously circulated, rapidly increasing in temperature (the drying room temperature is adjustable from 35°C to 80°C, and the humidity is adjustable from 5% to 95%). Dehumidification equipment is then used to remove moisture, ultimately drying the material. With intelligent temperature and humidity control, the drying process requires no human supervision, emits no pollutants, and offers minimal operating costs, making it the most energy-efficient and environmentally friendly drying solution available.

Based on parameters such as the material's initial moisture content, dehydration rate, moisture content after drying, and dehydration volume, scientific and rational drying system design and equipment selection can be made.

The moisture content of pepper raw materials is very high, generally 75% to 85%. According to our company's many years of experience in the field of pepper drying, the unit cubic density of pepper is about 330KG-350KG. The thickness of the material that can be laid on our production equipment can meet the 10-14 cm laying requirement. According to the minimum laying of 10 cm, the unit square weight of the material that can be laid is between 33KG-35KG. With this laying thickness, the pepper can be dried within 12 hours, and at least two rounds of pepper drying can be completed every day. In terms of laying area, the actual available laying area of ​​our equipment is ≥450㎡, and the drying capacity of each pepper drying production line can reach 35 tons.
