Operating Principle of the Large-Scale Chinese Herbal Medicine Dryer:

Our factory's independently developed heat exchanger displaces pure heat energy as a drying medium. The induced draft fan converts this heat energy into hot air, which is then transported to the main unit of the Chinese herbal medicine dryer for drying. The material is spread evenly onto the mesh belt by the material leveling mechanism on the conveyor belt, which rotates in an "S" shape within the dryer. The hot air generated by the induced draft fan flows evenly from bottom to top, passing through each layer of the mesh belt, ensuring full contact with the hot air and achieving the desired drying effect.

Throughout the entire process of drying large quantities of Chinese medicinal materials, the hot air on/off and air volume, the speed of the mesh belt, and the temperature and humidity within the drying chamber can all be adjusted via an electronic control system, ensuring continuous, automated operation.
