Energy-Saving and Environmentally Friendly Air-Source Heat Pump Isatis Drying Room

The Isatis Drying Room utilizes 75mm thick rock wool sandwich panels with a surface layer of color-coated steel plates. These panels are formed using an automated continuous forming machine and then bonded with a high-strength adhesive. Because both the color-coated steel plates and the core rock wool are non-combustible, they offer excellent fire resistance and thermal insulation properties, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from 100°C to 180°C.

Drying Principle of the Isatis Drying Room Equipment:

The Isatis Drying Room operates based on the reverse Carnot cycle. Using a small amount of electrical energy, the compressor converts the working fluid through an expansion valve, where it evaporates into a gas in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs a significant amount of heat from the air. The gaseous working fluid is compressed by the compressor into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas, which then enters the condenser, releasing heat and heating the drying medium. This continuous heating cycle can heat the drying medium to a temperature of 40°C to 85°C. Compared to electric dryers, this system saves 35%-40% of electrical energy.
