1. To ensure a pollution-free drying process, the leech dryer utilizes an air-to-air heat pump, operating solely on electricity. Hot air continuously circulates within the drying chamber, removing moisture and introducing air. This produces no other pollution, making the drying process environmentally friendly and hygienic.
2. High drying capacity. The leech dryer is a custom-built model. The 9-meter by 6-meter dryer accommodates 30 carts and 360 pallets. Each pallet can hold 20-30 kilograms (5-8 jin). This means that one drying room can dry 9,000 kilograms (5-6 jin) of dry goods, equivalent to 1-2 tons of dry goods.
Leeche Drying Process:
1. Set the temperature to 45°C, the relative humidity to 10%, and the drying time to 6 hours in drying and dehumidification mode.
2. Set the temperature to 50°C, the relative humidity to 10%, and the drying time to 4 hours in drying and dehumidification mode.
3. Set the temperature to 60°C, the relative humidity to 10%, and the drying time to 4 hours in drying and dehumidification mode.
4. Set the temperature to 65°C, the relative humidity to 10%, and the drying time to 3 hours in drying and dehumidification mode.
5. Set the temperature to 60°C, the relative humidity to 10%, and the drying time to 1 hour in drying + dehumidification mode.
6. Leech drying generally takes 17-18 hours. After drying, inspect the finished product for quality.
