The market potential for Tremella fungus is enormous. With the continuous advancement of artificial cultivation techniques, the corresponding deep processing technologies are also constantly improving. Tremella fungus processing places great emphasis on craftsmanship and appearance. Traditional drying methods include sun drying or oven drying. Sun drying is economical and simple, but requires a sunny day and typically takes two days to dry. However, the moisture content of sun-dried Tremella fungus is slightly higher than that of oven-dried Tremella fungus, making it less durable and suitable only for small-scale production.
Tremella fungus drying machine typically use traditional vertical hot air drying technology, but this has certain drawbacks. To ensure uniform drying, manual personnel must constantly reposition the drying machine, resulting in significant heat loss, damage to the product's appearance, and reduced drying rate. Using a Tremella Fungus Dryer, however, results in a finished product that is white with a slight yellowish tint, transparent, and has excellent commercial properties, a larger edible portion, high quality, and a high commercial value.
Tremella fungus drying steps:
1. Clean the heads of freshly harvested Tremella fungus.
2. Soak the white fungus in a sink for about 50 minutes, then remove it.
3. Place the soaked white fungus evenly on a baking sheet to drain. Once the white fungus is no longer dripping, place it in the oven for baking.
Trey fungus drying process:
1. Raise the temperature to 45°C for the first hour, select the drying and dehumidification mode, and hold for 4 hours.
2. After 4 hours, gradually increase the temperature to 55°C, select the drying and dehumidification mode, and hold for 2 hours.
3. After 6 hours, gradually increase the temperature to 65°C, select the drying and dehumidification mode, and hold for 2 hours.
4. After 8 hours, gradually increase the temperature to 70°C, select the drying and dehumidification mode, and hold for 2 hours.
After 10 hours of drying, turn off the power and allow the white fungus to cool before packaging.
