Cordyceps Flower Drying Process

The cordyceps flower drying process using an intelligent heat pump dryer is based on our Blue Sky factory's experience serving actual customers. This drying equipment utilizes a purely natural, pollution-free drying method, ensuring not only the color and quality of the cordyceps flowers but also their nutritional content and edible value, earning it the trust of buyers.

Cordyceps Flower Drying Process:

Initial Drainage Stage: Since newly grown cordyceps flowers contain over 87% moisture, they are initially dried at a temperature of approximately 35°C for 3-4 hours to remove some of the moisture.

Massive Dehumidification Stage: After this initial dehumidification, the moisture content of the cordyceps flowers will drop to approximately 65%. Adjust the temperature to 45°C and dry for 5 hours. This will reduce the moisture content to approximately 30%, and the flowers will appear dry.

Final Drying Stage: Adjust the temperature of the intelligent heat pump dryer to 55°C and set the drying time for approximately 3 hours. Turn on the dryer, monitor the drying progress, and finish drying the cordyceps flowers until they can be crushed.

Packaging and Sealed Storage: Turn on the dryer and allow natural air to cool. Once the temperature has cooled to room temperature, place the dried cordyceps flowers in plastic wrap and seal for storage.
