Efficient drying‌: Use pure hot air generated by hot air furnace, the hot air temperature is controllable at 35℃-260℃, heating drying and ventilation drying are carried out at the same time, strengthen the reasonable adjustment of hot air ventilation, multi-layer drying box cyclic flip, drying layer by layer, make full use of hot air, quickly dry and dehydrate, and operate efficiently.

2. Maintain quality: The drying temperature is generally controlled at 80°~130°. The items in the vertical multi-layer honeysuckle dryer are dehydrated and dried layer by layer. Finally, the wet air is directly discharged from the top layer. The contact time between the wet air and the items is extremely short (5 seconds~12 seconds), which avoids the "fermentation" phenomenon caused by the long contact time between the wet air and the items, and ensures the color, shape and efficacy of the honeysuckle.
