A customer in Yining, Xinjiang, has begun production of an automated chili pepper drying line

Recently, the 200 acres of red chili peppers cultivated by a customer in Yining, Xinjiang, have entered the harvest season. Simultaneously, the customer's automated chili pepper drying line, installed in our factory, has commenced operation. The high-quality chili peppers produced are being shipped nationwide for processing and sale by buyers.

According to Mr. Zheng, our customer, "They leverage the abundant local chili pepper resources to process and produce 'red chili peppers' and 'halal hot pot base,' striving to differentiate their products and market them."

Photos sent by the customer show that in the processing plant's yard, fresh chili peppers are sorted and cut, fed via an automatic loading ramp into the drying chamber of a net-belt chili dryer. After 2-3 hours of hot air drying, the fresh chilies become red chili peppers suitable for long-term storage. These chili peppers will be sold directly or used as raw materials for hot pot bases.
