Drying time is reduced by over two-thirds, significantly saving costs. Heat sources can be selected from coal, biomass pellets, natural gas, steam, or electricity (air-source heat pump). Combined with a Blue Sky heat exchange system, it produces pure hot air for drying the daylilies without polluting their quality. An intelligent control system improves drying quality, making it ideal for centralized industrial daylily drying.

This air-source heat pump drying room for small and medium-sized production allows for intelligent multi-period temperature and humidity control, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to monitor the drying process. Its optimized airflow design eliminates the need for rotation and re-drying, ensuring uniform drying of the daylilies within the set drying time. The daylily dryer also achieves a high yield, maximizing the shape, color, and flavor of the dried daylilies. The equipment is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, producing no pollutants during the drying process, using as little as four kilowatt-hours of electricity per unit. This significantly addresses the challenges of traditional drying, including slow efficiency and high drying costs. This new daylily withering and drying machine can process several thousand to tens of thousands of kilograms of fresh daylily per day, making it ideal for individuals, village collectives, or contract manufacturers.
