Wood sawdust dryer

The wood sawdust dryer:
        Wood sawdust dryer is for drying the wet wood sawdust. The sawdust goes into a end of the dryer, under the role of fan, the sawdust will connect with heating source evenly and go slow from one end to another end to reach the effect of drying.
        We have three kinds of dryers for drying wood sawdust or wood chips, which are direct rotary dryer, indirect rotary dryer and airflow wood chips dryer.

Direct rotary dryer:
        This type of rotary dryer is that the sawdust connect the heat source directly to achieve drying effect. And this dryer has the features of high inlet moisture, large drying efficiency and big drying capacity. We can customize different scale of dryers for different drying capacity.

Indirect rotary dryer:
        This rotary wood sawdust dryer is that the sawdust won’t connect the heat source directly. There are thin some pipes in this dryer, and the heat source will be go through in these pipes to dry the sawdust. The features of this dryer is of high drying efficiency, safe and no fire flame. Considering loading in the container, we usually customize this kind of dryer for 800-1500kg/h capacity.

Airflow sawdust dryer:
        This kind of wood sawdust drying machine is also called pipes dryer, and it is usually used for drying sawdust with small drying capacity. And it is widely used for small biomass pellet production line and small wood sawdust charcoal production line. There are three models with the capacity of 300kg/h, 500-700kg/h and 1000kg/h.
