        Walnut can be eaten directly or can be made to oil, and there are a lot of dosage in a year. But no matter eat or make oil, the walnut should be washed firstly, then to be dried before using. Most walnuts are dried under the sunshine at present or use boiler to be dried. But because the walnuts have the hard shells, the drying under sunshine or drying by boiler will need long time. At present, if weather is good, a batch of walnuts can be dried under sunshine for 6-7 days, and if use boiler, the drying process will also need 6-7 hours, and if the temperature is too high, it will cause that the walnuts are burn out and cause bad quality.

Our experience of drying walnuts:
        According to our drying experience, we set new walnut dryer drying temperature 60, and drying for 15 hours. When drying 15 hours, the water activity will reach safe water activity which can avoid the growth of most of microorganisms, then effectively extend the storage period.
