Agricultural nut dryer:
        Our agricultural nut dryer is a kind of heat pump drying machine, through compressor to raise the temperature (adjustable temperature: 8-75℃, adjustable humidity: 5-95℃), and no need to burn wood, coal, charcoal or gas fuel. Our this kind of agricultural nut drying machine just need a little electric energy to drive the compressor to get the required temperature and heat. And our dryer is safe and sanitary, environment protection, no pollution, no waste emmision, low operation cost, which is a energy saving and environmental protecting drying method.

Model selection:
        1. 3P agricultural nut dryer can adapt about 15 CBM chamber, and it will consume 3 degree electric power per hour.
        2. 6P agricultural nut drying machine can adapt 25 CBM drying chamber, and it will consume 6 degrees electric power per hour.
        3. 10P agricultural nut drying equipment can adapt 40 CBM drying chamber, and it will consume 12 degrees electric power per hour.

Principle:
        Our agricultural nut drying machine is using inverse cano principle, absorbing heat air and transferring them to the drying chamber to realize the increase of temperature in the dryer. Our agricultural nut dryer is composed of compressor, heat exchanger, flow controller and heat absorber, and these devices form a cycling system (main drying device and drying chamber). Under the action of compressor, the refrigerant will be flowing circulating in this system. It will finish the process of pressure rising and temperature rising in the compressor (temperature can be up to 115℃), then release high temperature source to heat the air in the chamber, and at the same time, it will be cooled and translated into liquid. When it runs out the agricultural nut drying machine, the liqud will aborb hot air quickly and be tanslated to gas again. At the same time, the temperature will be dropped to -20~-30℃, and the heat absorber will transfer the heat source to refrigerant. And the refrigerant tranport the heating source from the air to drying chamber constantly and circularly to heat the air temperature in the chamber.
        Like the air-conditioner and heat pump units, when the agricultural nut drying machine is working, it will absorb the energy QA from low temperature medium in the evaporator. Itself will consume some energy which is compressor consumption energy QB. It will release heat QC in the condenser through medium circulation system. QC=QA+QB. Then the agricultural nut dryer working efficiency is (QB+QC)/QB. While, the heating efficiency of other heating device will be less than 1, so the heating efficiency of our high temperature agricultural nut drying equipoment is higher than other heating equipment. It can be seen that using our agricultural nut drying machine can save energy, also can reduce the discharging of emission of CO2 and other pollutants, to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
