Introduction of meat dryer:
        The meat dryer, from Gongyi Lantian Machanical Plant, is a new drying equipment which can dry jujube, palm date, banana, pineapple, fish, mushroom and other meat and vetetables. The principle of our meat drying machine is to drive the compressor through low electric consumption, the high pressure liquid will be changed to gaseousness in the evaporator, and also absorb heat largely from the air, and then the gaseousness will be converted to high temperature and high pressure gas in the compressor. Then these gas will go into condenser to release heat source to heat the meat. With cycling heating, the drying medium meat can be heated to 65℃. In this process, our biltong dryer consume a part of electricity, but transfer three parts of heat energy from the air to drying chamber. So compared with traditional drying equipment, our meat dryer machine can save 2/3 electric energy.
        The meat drying machine, specially designed for meat and other materials, is used to replace the existing old type baking room. Our meat drying equipment are good reputed with low energy consumption good quality and short drying time, through the indication from the relevant agricultural processing plant.
