Litchi dryer machine

The litchi dryer:
        The traditional dryer for drying litchi will has more or less deficiencies, for example, the traditional dryer will has long drying time, not uniform color, big energy consumption, not guaranteed drying quality, etc. So, in order to meet the market demands and requirements, Gongyi Lantian Machanical Plant designs a new type of litchi drying machine. Considering the customers’requirement on the production capacity, we customize and manufacture big, middle and small litchi dryers for option.

The principle of litchi drying equipment:
        Our litchi drying machine is using inverse cano principle, absorbing heat air and transferring them to the drying chamber to realize the increase of temperature in the dryer. Our liychee dryer is composed of compressor, heat exchanger, flow controller and heat absorber, and these devices form a cycling system (main drying device and drying chamber). Under the action of compressor, the refrigerant will be flowing circulating in this system. It will finish the process of pressure rising and temperature rising in the compressor (temperature can be up to 115℃), then release high temperature source to heat the air in the chamber, and at the same time, it will be cooled and translated into liquid. When it runs out the lychee drying machine, the liqud will aborb hot air quickly and be tanslated to gas again. At the same time, the temperature will be dropped to -20~-30℃, and the heat absorber will transfer the heat source to refrigerant. And the refrigerant tranport the heating source from the air to drying chamber constantly and circularly to heat the air temperature in the chamber.

The drying process of lychee drying machine:
        The initial drying, we need to control the temperature to 65-70℃ for 24 hours, and turn over the litchi every 2-3 hours. Heap 2-3 days after cooling and bagging. And then the second drying, we need to control the temperature to 55-65℃, and turn over the lychee every 2 hours, and through 10-12 hours, we finish the drying. The lychee with thick fruit pulpa, after second drying, can be set aside for 3-5 days, and then for third time drying after the pulp internal moiture diffusion.
