Garlic dryer

The introduction:
        Lantian brand garlic drying machine is composed of drying chamber, heating device, moisture exhausting and air recycling device, and intelligent control system. Garlic dryer is using and absorbing the heat of air outside of chamber, and transferring them into the chamber to improve the inside temperature to dry the garlics. Among processing, the heating device absorb the heat from air ourside, or recycle the waste heat in the process of drying, through the action of compressor, it transfer the heat into drying chamber. The hot wind moisture exhausting process or condensation draining process will take the water out, and final realize the drying purpose continuously.

The comparation:
        I. The traditional vegetable drying machine:
        1. The drying temperature is too high. The drying temperature of traditional drying technology is not easy to control. The drying temperature should be 75-90℃, and the garlic required drying temperature shall not exceed 65℃.
        2. The drying time is too long. If use traditional vegetable drying machine, 1 ton vegetables need more than 24 hours drying time. Sometimes the drying effect is not good, it will need longer drying time.
        3. Big energy consumtion. 
        II. The new type garlic drying equipment:
        1. Lower drying temperature. The temperature of our new type garlic drying equipment will be lower 38-52℃, and its drying temperature will be at about 37℃.
        2. Short drying time. The drying time of our new type garlic dryer machine just not exceed 8 hours.
        3. Good quality of dried products.
        4. Lower energy consumption. Due to our dryer absorbing the heat from outside air, low heating temperature, and short drying time, our dryer will consume less energy.
