Potato dryer machine

Sweet potato:
        Sweet potato contains rich sugar, cellulose and a variety of vitamins, including B carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C, especially it has rich lysine which contains much more than it in rice and flour. If a lot of sweet potatos pile up for long time, the sweet potatos will easily sprout and turns bitter. So, at the harvest time, the sweet potatos can be sliced and dried for long time storage.

The making method of dried sweet potato:
        Make dried sweet potato, don’t choose to use the big sweet potatos, and don’t process the new fresh sweet potata immediately, but to save them for a period of time in the shade, and when much of starch in the sweet potato transfer to sugar, then to dry. In this way, the dried potato will be more sweeter and more chewing.

The dried sweet potato making steps:
        I. The preliminary work.
        Clean the sweet potato first, and then put them in the boiler for cooking. When the sweet potato is cooked 70-80%m we can take out them out of boiler and slice them to chips. in the slicing step, the thickness of sweet potato is consistent, and try to make the slice not big difference. After finishing these steps, we can put the sweet potato slice on the trays.
        II. Drying process:
        1. When the chamber temperature rise to about 30 ℃, we can put the sweet potato slices into the chamber. Set temperature of 40 ℃, the drying time for one to two hours.
        2. Set the temperature to 55 ℃, drying time for two hours.
        3. Set then temperature 65 ℃, drying time for two hours.
        4. Set the temperature 70 ℃, drying time for one hour.
        5. Turn the power off and take out the material after an hour.
        III. Packing into the bag.
        After take out the sweet potato slices, and after cooling, we can put the dried sweet potato slices into bags.
        In general, the a batch of drying time is about 8 hours, and the highest drying temperature will not exceed 70℃.
