Fungus Drying Machine

The fungus condition:
        The fungus moisture is usually 80-90%, and they will easily go bad if store them under commor temperature, and also they are not conducive to transported and sold. So except sell some fresh fungus, the other fungus will be processed to dry fungus, which will be easy to storage and transport to meet the requirements of home and overseas. The purpose of drying fungus is making use of heating and dehumidifying to reduce the water content of fungus, then to make the fungus body solids increased to the point which can’t be used. And at the same time, the enzymes activity of fungus will be restrained, which make the fungus storaged longer. The good quality dried fungus should be fragrance smell, fresh color, round shape, smooth furface, upright gill, and less than 13% water content.
        The fungus drying process need temperature increasing fast, good heat preservation effect, full matching machine.

The loading devices for fungus drying machine:
        The loading devices are mainly trays and carts which have to be designed strong, light and durable use.
        1. Loading trays: it is for loading the fresh fungus. The shape of trays can be rectangular or square. The length can be 100cm, width 60cm, and height 4-5cm. It is better to make the trays by using stainless steel, and bottom mesh can be made according the raw materials, and the mesh can’t be too dense, otherwise it will effect the air flow.
        2. Loading carts: it is for loading the trays. The carts will be usualy designed for 8-10 layers, and each layer distance is 14cm, and bottom distance from ground is about 30cm. The size of carts should be matched with each other.
