Okra Dryer

Okra drying status:
        The moisture of okra is relatively high, which is up to 80%, so the drying time will be longer, and the drying temperature must be adjusted well durning drying process, otherwise, it can’t get the good effect.
The drying process of okra dryer:
        1. The initial temperature should be set at 50℃, start the air system, then the dried okra won’t turn black, and till dry 24 hours.
        2. Control temperature to 60℃, and start the sir system, and dry 24 hours. Put out the dried okra for cooling, then pack them.
        3. Use our okra drying machine can keep the okra nutritional content, and the dried okra will be in good color.
